Order Processing
- All in stock orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day of order placement.
- Orders placed after 12:00 pm will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping Charges
The Buyer acknowledges and accepts that delivery charges may vary depending on the size of the items ordered.
- Express (RSA Major Metros): A shipping charge of R450.00 will apply and be calculated at checkout.
- Standard (RSA) Outlying Areas: A shipping charge of R250.00 will apply and be calculated at checkout.
- International (Outside of RSA): A shipping charge of R1,500.00 will apply; however, final rates are to be quoted and invoiced post-delivery. Any government import or customs duties, customs inspections, or other costs associated with the Buyer’s importation of the goods are the responsibility of the Buyer. The Seller shall not be liable for delays caused by customs or local authorities or other delays associated with the Buyer’s importation of the goods.
Delivery Attempts
- Our shipping partners will make reasonable attempts to deliver your package. If delivery is unsuccessful, a notice will be left, and you may need to arrange an alternative delivery time or location.
Address Accuracy
- It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping information.
- We are not liable for delays or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

- Once an order is placed, changes to shipping details cannot be guaranteed. Please double-check your information before confirming your order.
